Dan Grant Bookkeeping is a family owned and operated business that has worked with Ditch and Reservoir companies since 1974.  

The yearly price for our services will depend on several factors: extent of Secretary / Treasurer duties required, number of Shareholders, number of meetings per year, and the overall size of a company's budget.  Nevertheless, the minimum price for a year of service is $1,000.

Services Available

• Serve as the company’s main point of contact for initial inquires.

• Prepare for and attend the annual meeting pursuant to the bylaws and retain accurate minutes for the company’s records.

• Facilitate Stock Transfers and maintain an accurate ledger.

• Maintain current contact information for all shareholders.

• Update information required by the Secretary of State to maintain the company’s Good Standing status.

• Maintain accurate financial reports including a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss with reporting to the Board as requested.

• Create tax related vendor forms, such as 1099s and prepare financial reports for the annual filing required by the Internal Revenue Service.

• Invoice all shareholders and third-party entities as needed; collect and deposit incoming funds and reconcile monthly bank statements.

• Pay monthly bills with Board approval.

• Payroll

• Help coordinate outside funding sources and assist with the management of any Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) loans.

• Event hosting.

• 811 Registration and compliance.
