In order to transfer your Stock Certificate, You will need the Following:

1. The original stock certificate.

2. Original signed Stock/Sale Assignment form by current owners indicating new owners name and mailing address.  New owners contact information such as telephone and email address is helpful. 

3. Statement of Authority if current owners are not individuals.

4.  A stock transfer fee payable to the Ditch Company.  Each Ditch Company may charge a separate rate from $100 - $200.  Email info@dangrantbookkeeping.com to get the current stock transfer fee.

5. All outstanding ditch company assessments must be paid before the stock can be transferred.
